Rearranging the Standard Toolbar in Office 2011

• Remove a button. Drag the button off the toolbar.

• Rearrange the buttons. Drag buttons to the left or right to change their positions on the toolbar. Put the buttons you click most often in positions on the toolbar where you can find them easily.
