Microsoft Outlook Email Tracking Mac
This feature is only available in Outlook 2016 for Mac 15.36.1 (170721) and later with an Office 365 subscription and Outlook 2019 for Mac (select Outlook > About Outlook to check your version).
An Exchange account such as Outlook.com hosted on Office 365 or on Exchange 2016 CU5 and later.
It won’t work with IMAP or POP accounts such as Gmail, Yahoo, or iCloud.
Schedule a message to be sent later

If the email is sent from a delegated mailbox with 'send on behalf' permission, the delegate can see the read statistics. Insights shows the open rate for the sent email that is open in Outlook.
- Note: The message recipient might decline to send a read receipt. In addition, the recipient's email program might not support read receipts. In the open message, click Options. In the Tracking group, select the Request a Delivery Receipt or the Request a Read Receipt check box.
- Dear all, I have a basic question while tracking email from outlook into CRm. For exemple, if I receive a new email from someone in our mail box and that person can be a potential lead, I would like to selecte manually if I want to track it or not.

Mar 24, 2020 Can send data over the Internet; This add-in can read or modify the contents of any item in your mailbox, and create new items. It can access personal information - such as the body, subject, sender, recipients, or attachments - in any message or calendar item.
Compose your email message and include one or more recipient names on the To: line.
Onthe Send button, select the dropdown arrow > Send Later.
Enter a time and date.
Select Send. The message will be saved in the Drafts folder until the specified date and time. It will be sent even if Outlook is not open on your computer.
Cancel a message scheduled to be sent later
In the Drafts folder, open the email message.
Select Cancel Send.
Select Yes to confirm. The message remains open so you can send it right away or delay it until another time.

You can easily turn this feature on through the Preferences dialog box. When this feature is off, Spell Check will not check your document while you type. Activating Automatic Spell CheckBy default, Spell Check is automatically on whenever Word is open. Mac microsoft word spell check not working. Spell Check may be turned off by setting the preferences.
